Our learners are at great risk since the dumping vehicles from all around Manguzi do not follow the precautions. Some just dump the refuse anywhere next to Emcwaningweni. Rubbish is sometimes dumped in our sandy roads towards our dumping zone. Emcwaningweni (our dumping site) which is located at Thandizwe is not fenced and some learners they normally go there to collect food remainders. We call upon anyone who can help especially our local municipality and traditional leadership to stand up before we experience serious repurcussions. This is put our lives into a great risk.
