Jubilee Tembe, Headmaster of Esibonisweni Primary School

He has been serving under the abovementioned school for more than 15 years. His achievements have been showcassed through attainment of quality education @ Esibonisweni Primary School.

Esibonisweni Primary School is also involved in UBUNGANI PROJECT which is an exchange programme between St Joseph Sports college in Bolton (UK) and Esibonisweni Primary in Maputaland (South Africa). This initiative has sent two groups of learners and Teachers to Bolton. Such groups were comprised of Teachers and learners from Esibonisweni Primary and Dumangeze High School which is also situated at Esicabazini. The first group which went to Bolton in 2004 was lead by The Headmaster of Esibonisweni. 10 Learners and three Educators were selected for that trip. In 2006 the second trip was also lead by Mandla Mathenjwa the Head master of Dumangeze High.

A third group of Learners and Educators from two schools would also visit Bolton (UK) this year in July 2008. The group is made up of 10 learners and three educators from Esibonisweni. The group would be lead by Simon Gumede (Deputy Principal: Esibonisweni Primary), Nozipho Maphumulo (Esibonisweni Primary) and Party Vumase (Esibonisweni). UBUNGANI PROJECTS is an educational and cultural exchange which is managed by Trish and Dave Mulligan from Bolton.

Jubilee has also fundraised from Saintmarks school which is in Los Angeles for 4 classrooms and a School hall. Four classrooms are now in place and they are utilized by the school. Saintmarks School is our sister school and has contributed far better than anyone. Jenny Gertz has been behind all the funding for the classrooms, A Hall and also a proposed Sports Complex which will have a pavillion right inside the school.

Esibonisweni is proud of its' friends abroad. All these initiatives are made possible by Jubilee assisted by Ernest Robatse.

Hello my old friend, good to see that you are continuing the good work at Esibonisweni. So sad that I am no longer involved in Ubungani but life goes on and circumstances change. With Gods help I will meet Simon, Party and the group in the summer. Keep up the good work.
God Bless
