SALARY : R157 686 .00 per annum plus 13th cheque
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree/ National Diploma in the field of Administration or Management
OR Tertiary qualification in Health Science Plus 3-5 years Supervisory experience.
RECOMMENDATIONS
One year involvement with COHSASA and Health & Safety issues in a hospital
environment
Valid driver's license
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, TRAINING AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED.
Working knowledge of Health policies and current Public Service and Health related
legislation
Good communication skills written and verbal, leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to liaise with Management
High level of initiative and innovation
problem solving skills
Practical experience in Quality Assurance and Accreditation
Computer literacy in word processing &spreadsheet package
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Heads the quality Assurance Service
• Manage and Coordinate all committees rendering health services within the hospital
• Promote Quality Assurance culture within Hospital and Clinics
• Responsible for meeting specific measurable targets
• Develop appropriate intervention programs work plans and action plans, which will
support the attainment of quality compassionate patient care
• Develop a process for addressing generic problems with the hospital and clinics
• Maintain record of specific problem with interventions and time frame
• Provide ongoing feedback to Senior Management and COHSASA in order to ensure
that the accreditation process remain on track.
